3 months in Houston but first visit to McCormick at Town & Country Village.
We got a good opportunity to do so when two of Laila’s colleagues (Erik and Nina) were to visit us.
First a beer and some win at the terrace and then hit the Seafood Restaurant and taste what was on the menu today.
Erik and I tasted the Lump Blue Crab Cake as starter, when Nina and Laila shared a Fried Calamari. The Crab Cakes tasted nice and the “Full Bowl” with Calamari was more than enough for the girls thinking they were going to have a main course as well.
Laila ended up with Swordfish and I Filet and Scrimps, just another confirmation that there is a good competition with regards to the restaurants and good food. Eric tried the Sushi and he did not complain either. By the way his idea and wish to go to this restaurant, so the list of restaurants in our area we have not yet tried out get smaller and smaller.
